League of Orders Program Mechanism
How does the League of Orders competition work? Here are the steps you need to follow:
1. Confirmation & Administration
You must first register your restaurant. Qualifying merchants will be invited by the ESB team to complete the necessary administration.
2. Transaction Increase Competition
Once your restaurant meets the requirements and completes the administration, it will be automatically enrolled as a League of Orders participant. Your restaurant will then need to compete to increase transactions using ESB Order (before/after).
3. Winner Announcement
After the competition period ends, the top 3 merchants with the highest sales or transaction increase before and after ESB Order optimization will be selected as winners and will be entitled to a total prize of Rp20 MILLION.
Of course, if your restaurant participates in the League of Orders, ESB will provide digital promotion support through social media and branding for participating merchants.
League of Orders Terms & Conditions
Next, you also need to understand the terms and conditions of the League of Orders.
- The program period starts on January 6, 2025
- Merchants must have activated ESB Order with a total bill of at least 500 transactions per month
- Merchants must use ESB Order with the Dine-in method and can add other options such as Takeaway or Delivery
- Merchants must complete and sign the confirmation letter and other administrative documents
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for any other form
- Prize taxes are borne by ESB
- The jury's decision is final and cannot be appealed.
