We The Fork has been around for the past two years and has two other branches in Solo and Bali. The origin of the name We The Fork is quite quirky, derived from the phrase 'WTF' and inspired by the owner, Faruq.

“The name was quite quirky at first, but we decided to refine it to We The Fork. It was also inspired by our owner, Faruq, so we wanted a quirky name,” explained Rizki Dwi Antono, the operational manager of We The Fork Bandung, when interviewed by the ESB team.

This restaurant operates 24 hours and requires a detailed and informative operational system. “Before deciding to use ESB, we used another brand. But after seeing the offerings from ESB in terms of operations to back-office matters, we were interested in implementing the ESB system in our place.” The ESB products used by We The Fork include ESB Core as ERP software, ESB POS as a cashier application, and ESB Kitchen.

Advantages of the ESB System

Rizki Dwi Antono, the manager of We The Fork Bandung, explained that ESB’s system greatly aids the operation of We The Fork. “First, ESB itself is informative and also makes it easy, as it doesn’t leak data from the system (Anti Fraud). Second, with ESB Kitchen, we already have printers for everything, but maybe having a kitchen display at the back helps the staff to check orders with the waiters, and the cashier also knows which menu items have been served, which haven't been made, or which orders need to be held first.”

“Another advantage is that if we want to access something, we need an OTP code, and there are regulations per account, so it makes us more comfortable using ESB,” Rizki continued.

Running an F&B business, there are times when problems arise. We The Fork can solve issues with the help of ESB's support team. “If we have any confusion about a product, we often check the help page that can help with all the available guidelines.”

“The ESB support team is also very helpful and often visits our store for checking. So all our questions are answered directly, and we can also contact the ESB team via WhatsApp,” Rizki added.

Since using ESB, Rizki admits that using their products is very easy and user-friendly, even for beginners. “For example, operating the POS is very easy, and because of this ease, we also use ESB's ERP system for all our branches.”

By using products from ESB, We The Fork is confident it can open various branches in cities across Indonesia with ESB’s ERP system! How about you?
