Currently, Wizzmie has 41 branches spread across Indonesia, including in Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Sumatra. The first branch opened in Surabaya in July 2002, and since then, Wizzmie has grown rapidly.
With the increasing number of branches and products, Wizzmie faces its operational challenges. Inventory tracking and menu management from the cashier are some of the challenges the company must deal with. "We have to make sure every item is properly recorded, and the quality of our ingredients is maintained," said Layli, Wizzmie's Marketing Communication representative, when interviewed by the ESB team.

Wizzmie has implemented an efficient record-keeping system using the ESB cashier application to overcome these challenges. By using ESB POS for the cashier, ESB Kiosk for self-ordering, and ESB Core for the ERP system, Wizzmie can manage operations more effectively. "We are always looking for the right system to ensure Wizzmie operates smoothly," Layli added.

The self-ordering system at Wizzmie (ESB Kiosk) not only speeds up the process but also gives customers the freedom to choose the products they want. Payments are also easily made with QRIS, making the dining experience more practical.
With ESB POS, the ordering process becomes faster and more efficient. When a customer places an order, the receipt is instantly printed at both the cashier and the kitchen, so the food can be served immediately. "This significantly reduces wait times and increases customer satisfaction," said Layli.
The ESB POS system also brings positive results for Wizzmie. Detailed transaction records make it easier for the company to track total transactions and sales across all outlets. "From the main outlet to the 41st, everything is well-connected," Layli added.

In addition, with the ESB Core ERP system, Wizzmie can track which products are most popular and which menu items need more promotion. This helps Wizzmie plan future marketing strategies based on the available data.
Through the inventory system, Wizzmie can monitor stock levels and identify items that need to be replenished quickly. This also helps prevent potential issues at the outlets. "This way, we can address operational problems right away," explained Layli.
If there are any issues with the system, the ESB team is always ready to help. "We have a group chat to solve problems directly, so any issues can be addressed quickly," she said when asked about challenges they’ve faced.
Overall, using the ESB system has been a very satisfying experience. "The features provided are very comprehensive and have made our operations easier in the ever-growing F&B industry in Indonesia. I highly recommend ESB to my fellow F&B colleagues," Layli concluded regarding her experience with the ESB system.
