"We often face challenges, especially during off-seasons like Ramadan. During that time, some tenants choose to close due to fewer visitors. Our biggest challenge is maintaining good communication to ensure tenants stay open and continue operating even during tough times," said Putri.

To address these challenges, they innovated by assisting tenants with social media promotions, ensuring they remain "on-trend" despite difficult conditions.

In managing tenants, Putri also emphasizes the importance of discipline. "Tenant discipline is very important. We strictly monitor their opening hours and the cleanliness of their spaces," she added.

"Some of our tenants were initially worried about the system change, especially since they weren't very tech-savvy. But after we provided training, they became happy and satisfied. Payments are now faster and easier, making visitors feel more comfortable too," she said.
